I highly recommend the use of uv tracer dye when diagnosing oil leaks
Add 3 ounces of dye to the engine oil and run it long enough to mix with the oil thoroughly and penetrate the leak There is a plate on the back of the engine and there may be an oil galley plug that you will want to inspect. Pretty po’d at my dealer right now Took my truck in 2/wks ago for an oil leak, they said it was the crankcase seal

Noticed again last week and returned to the dealer, this time they changed the timing chain cover 3 more days for the repair I change oil and hose everything down with power purple Enjoy a beer while i wait for it to soak
