I had this problem on my kysona even after updating the software, i managed to solve it by updating the mouse and the receiver separately, on the website where you download the firmware you have the option to download and update separately For the firmware update it bricked your mosue. After 2 weeks i got my attack shark x3 Better comp quality over da v2 I updated mouse with kysona software Now i use with cable because of this capslock bug
I hope they fix this problem with firmware Press the mode indicator light button until it stops blinking red and stops lighting that fixed it for me If that doesnt work go to a dpi higher then 2300 that was a solution for my friend what you could lastly do is downlaod the software from kysona and change the lift off distance to 2mm
