Redfin agents get paid their salary whether or not they do a good job
They don’t have the same pressure to go out of their way to keep clients happy Doesn’t mean that all of them are bad, but just that they don’t have the same level of incentive to work their asses off. Been looking at homes online for a while now, mostly via zillow, and have recently tried redfin out I like redfin's app much better, and i find their search filters to be slightly more robust, but i'm confused by redfin insofar as when i search for homes, there are large parts of the country that are grayed out.
