As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now I'm talking cursor moving a centimeter away a hundred times a second. I would request you to contact our support and our support engineers should be able to sort this out.

I keep noticing that when the pen draws jittery lines, the eraser is allways much worse, constantly gliding slowly across the canvas without me moving the pen

If the pen does not write consistently while your fist or palm is touching the screen, make sure the pen tip is 5mm or farther from the point where your hand is contacting the screen. It comes with a hp pen on the box, and i bought this laptop just for the pen input, cause i want to use it for illustration and digital art Sadly i can't even draw a straight line at a normal speed because the pen input have a terrible jitter problem.

Heard that there is no real solution for pen jitter on window touchscreen laptop using ntrig technology.would appreciate it if anyone can share any experience/ workaround. Hp spectre x360 convertible w/tilt pen I'm not entirely sure what i did though but i'll give you the rundown of what i was trying out So i had jitter, bad jitter, when using photoshop and any other 'legacy' application
