On rate my professor, however, reviews on the professor couldn’t be more wrong Is there any way to check out if i'm getting a good professor or not? Of course, i’m not saying the professor was flawless and some criticism of the professor was valid, however, if one puts their grade as anything below a b and negatively rated a professor, i’m hesitant.

I pay close attention to how my rating scores/comments are like on the ratemyprofessor website Registering for classes tomorrow to study abroad in rome Very rarely i reported inappropriate comments (which violated site guidelines) for removals, and the average score has been decent (4.8).

i am about to begin my master’s program at a brand new school

I just received my list of new professors and ratemyprofessors.com has all rated them “poor quality” I have no choice but to take all these professors in the fall Since, i am brand new to this school, i am taking more stock in these comments.

does anyone else use the comments of rmp.com to pick their classes or. Rate my professor is usually nonsense

I studied english and all the reviews were bad because students were surprised that they had to read in a literature class. I am wondering if a professor is already an associate professor, do they still care about their reputation in the eyes of the department considering tenureship is already granted? It’s so interesting this whole thing just came up especially in talking about rate my professor and legitimate ratings etc One of my daughters is in a highly regarded honors program.

My scores are usually all 4s and 5s, but then there is the occasional vindictive 1 where someone is just mad and trying to slander me

Those are the posts i request rmp remove I also recently used the feature where you can log in as the professor and write a few of your own comments, i did this, not sure if it has had any impact on student. Rmp and similar websites (rate my teacher for example) are huge wastes of time I especially hate when people decide whether they should take a class with a certain professor based solely off of his/her rating on rmp.

How would something as asinine as rate my professor affect your industry job opportunities
