Typically you would simply weld in a muffler at an exhaust shop with lower production models like the i4 2.7

The 2.7 hasnt changed since 2005 much so you can visit youtube and search for tacomas with 2.7 i4's and you'll find many likely have magnaflow etc welded in at a shop. I will use the same muffler but dual exhausts instead of one and 2” piping instead of 2.5” Will it sound dramatically different the single exhaust with the the super 40 muffler vs same muffler with duals Thanks blue2010, dec 22, 2017 #7
