For about the last 4 days i have been unable to even load the page to log into equifax I am having some issues with the data on my equifax credit report and want to get a copy the statutory reports for both me and my wife. Every other internet site i go on is working.

Gf done the free trial of equifax and now is struggling to cancel it before they start charging, have looked everywhere on their website, and tried the phone number several times but it just puts her through to 'all lines are busy' message, anyone know how to cancel it please? We have manually input the address and opened an account with clear score but it says they can't find any credit report with equifax Other flats in their building are listed. When i spoke to equifax they have said to change my password on my email login, so i have now done that They say it could be a price comparison site or such like.
